Mindfulness & Goal-Setting: A Workshop

Mindfulness can help you set goals, and move towards them.  In this workshop you'll learn how to choose the right goal, mindfully. And, you'll learn the SMARTIE framework and how to use it to reach your goal. You will also learn the difference between a goal and an intention, and get clear on what to do if you feel stuck or discouraged.

This live online workshop is led by WITHIN Meditation teacher Kim Nicol. She’s sharing the frameworks that she’s used and developed in her years of experience helping individuals and teams set and achieve meaningful goals. Join her for an insightful and invigorating hour and walk away with a plan to put what you’ve learned into practice in your own life.
