Essential Membership: $59 $25

Want to meditate on your own schedule? Upgrade to our 30-day Flexible Membership and get the recordings of all our classes emailed to you the next day, plus access to all our live classes, for just $45.

Once you select your membership, here’s how you’ll start joining our classes:

  • You’ll decide which class you want to start with, from the schedule here. Just register for the class - your membership will automatically be applied.

  • We’ll send you a link to join each class you sign up for about 30 minutes before class begins.

  • You’ll join the class live, or - if you select our Flexible Membership - you can access the recording of the class afterwards. We'll send you a link to access the recording the day following each class; it's valid for one week.

We get that it can be tough to take a chance on something new. If you sign up for either the Essential or Flexible Membership, and at any time you decide the online classes aren't for you, we'll refund you the difference between the per-class rate for the classes you've joined so far, and the membership you purchased.
