Awareness to Action: Move Forward with Clarity and Purpose
We are in a really powerful time right now. We’ve learned so much in the past year, and we now have the chance to use our lessons learned as we begin to rebuild our lives. After more than a year of enduring this global pandemic, we all have an opportunity for “post-traumatic growth”, which is the positive change that can only come in the aftermath of adversity.
We’ve never known more about what is and isn’t working for us as we do right now, so in this valuable phase of reflection, we have the power to put these lessons to use and move forward with more strength, clarity, and purpose. This is an opportunity for things not to return back to the way they were, but change in ways that support our continued growth and evolution.
Developed by a certified Co-Active coach and an advanced meditation teacher, this workshop will:
Offer guided reflection on what we learned during the pandemic
Clarify your vision for this new season
Uncover what matters most to set meaningful goals
Provide you with tools to keep you in your power
This workshop is facilitated in a lively, engaging manner, with warm back-and-forth between the two hosts, Kelsey Lettko and Devon Pipars. Writing and reflection prompts are incorporated throughout in order to keep participants engaged in the process of self-enquiry. A worksheet including all of the tips and prompts offered in the workshop will be provided, so that participants can further explore the concepts and tools introduced in the workshop.
Workshop Length & Online Delivery
Awareness to Action can be held as a packed 60-minute webinar, or expanded to 75 or 90 minutes for a more in-depth experience. The facilitators lead it over your preferred video-conferencing software: Zoom; Hangouts; WebEx; Microsoft Teams; etc. Choose the length and delivery format that work best for your team.
After the workshop, the facilitators will share follow-on materials to help everyone integrate what they’ve learned and take their awareness to action with practical next steps.
