Led by WITHIN Meditation cofounder Hannah Knapp, these classes are designed to help you find calm and clarity. As you practice bringing your mind back to the present moment, with Hannah's voice and presence to guide you, you'll set yourself up for a productive, focused day.
From wherever you are, you can experience the oasis of calm, and the energy of connection, that comes from meditating with a group, led by an experienced teacher.
Join us when class begins, or access the recording of the class later - whatever works for your schedule. Using simple, lightweight technology that you can access easily at work, or on your phone, you'll be able to sign on from anywhere for a 30-minute meditation break with our teachers and students.
Here's how the Livestreamed Classes work:
You decide which class you want to start with, from the schedule here.
You choose how many classes you want to join: just that class ($7) or three classes ($18). You can also purchase an unlimited online membership, and get access to all livestreamed classes at the studio for $29/month. Click here to join!
We send you a link and dial-in information, for your first class, and then any others you sign up for.
You join the class live, or access the recording of the class afterwards. We'll send you a link to access the recording following each class; it's valid for one week after the time of the livestream.
We get that it can be tough to take a chance on something new. If at any time you decide the livestreamed classes aren't for you, we'll refund you the difference between the per-class rate for the classes you've joined so far, and the package you purchased.
