Our meditation sessions and gentle stretching give everyone a chance to reset during their work day. Typically 30 minutes long, each session includes guided meditation led by an experienced instructor and an opportunity for Q&A. We can tailor the session to fit your needs, with many different themes available.
Level 2: Inspiration
Provide practical tools for well-being through workshops.
Our interactive workshops are a great way to give your employees insight into how to support their mental and emotional well-being. Through individual reflection and group learning, they’ll explore new approaches, and walk away with methods to integrate them into their everyday lives. With 30, 60 and 90-minute options, you can provide a bite-sized or more in-depth event for your team.
Level 3: Resilience
Invest in lasting change through a 3-week or 6-week series.
We specialize in creating multi-session programs that help employees build on what they learn over time. Let us know what your goals are, and we’ll create a customized program that includes your choice of wellness workshops and/or guided meditation sessions.
