Join Parsley Health SF, WITHIN Meditation and for a fun, relaxing and delicious evening to explore the ins and outs of mindful eating. This interactive workshop will give you an introduction to mindful eating, how to do it and why it's oh so worth it.

This event is for you if you eat! AKA, everyone can benefit from infusing more mindfulness into meal time.

You'll glean expert insight on what mindful eating does for your health, and practical tips on how to make it a habit. But to make sure you really get what we mean, we're bringing in delicious food from so you can try it out for yourself! WITHIN Meditation cofounder Hannah Knapp will guide you through your own mindful eating experience. You'll come away with a full belly and everything you need to make your next meal a mindful one.
