Join two of our teachers, Landra Eliopoulos and Natasha Durel, for special guided meditation sessions at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. YBCA is partnering with Blue Shield of California to share the health benefits of meditation with you - for free!

Free Livestreamed Meditation Breaks (WITHIN Meditation Facebook Page)
Join WITHIN Meditation cofounder Hannah Knapp for two livestreamed meditation breaks. Hannah will go live on our Facebook page at 7:30am and 2:30pm with a 10-minute guided mindfulness meditation designed to help you reset and recharge for the rest of the day.
