In this first class, you will learn what meditation is and isn’t, and why stillness & withdrawing the senses from outside interaction matters in meditation. From there, you’ll learn how to soothe and calm the nervous system with conscious breathing to make meditation easier. Breathwork will be our first active meditation technique.
Join this class on Monday at 12:15pm PT, and then reinforce what you learn in an optional practice session on Thursday at 9am PT. When you enroll in this class, you're automatically enrolled in the practice session, too.
All online classes at WITHIN include:
an invitation to join us live via Zoom, by phone or through your computer;
a link to watch the class later, sent to you the following morning (PT);
an opportunity to ask the teacher questions live during class.
