In our fourth and final beginner class, you’ll try on a completely different approach to meditation: heart-centered practices. Instead of managing the mind, your practice is to activate your heart through techniques like gratitude, “metta” (loving kindness), and inner child visualization.
Join this class on Monday at 12:15pm PT, and then reinforce what you learn in an optional practice session on Thursday at 9am PT. When you enroll in this class, you're automatically enrolled in the practice session, too.
All online classes at WITHIN include:
an invitation to join us live via Zoom, by phone or through your computer;
a link to watch the class later, sent to you the following morning (PT);
an opportunity to ask the teacher questions live during class.
