Healthy Habits Challenge for Mental Health Awareness Month

We’ve changed so much in the last two years, and so has the world around us! How are you feeling about your health? Are you eating well, exercising, meditating and spending time with friends? Or are you feeling stuck?

As we’re getting out into the world more and more, it’s becoming harder and harder to take time for self-care. Even though we know how much it helps to pause, breathe, and recenter ourselves, it’s tough to make that a priority without two key things: accountability, and support.

That’s why we’re holding the Healthy Habits Challenge during the month of May. If you’re missing the steadiness that your meditation practice used to bring you, or want to get started, this challenge is for you!

How the challenge works:

  • Register here on or before May 31st 

  • Attend at least 3 live online meditation classes per week for 4 consecutive weeks between May 1st and June 28th (any combination of our meditation classes, with at least 12 total classes by the end of the challenge)

  • Set up to 3 goals for healthy habits you want to cultivate, in addition to attending those classes

  • Utilize our healthy habits tracker or your own method (calendar, notebook, etc.) to keep yourself focused on your goals

Everyone who joins the challenge and completes the end-of-challenge survey will receive a special discount on our classes to help them keep going!


Meditation is a key healthy habit - but it’s not the only one! Here are others you can develop to support your self-care during the challenge:

  • Eating mindfully

  • Exercising

  • Getting out into nature

  • Resting/sleeping

  • Connecting with friends

As a part of the Challenge, we’ll provide you with a simple Healthy Habits Tracker, so you can set up to 3 goals that help you focus on making them a part of your everyday life.


There’s no better time to practice showing your care for your own life and mental wellness than during Mental Health Awareness month. And, our community will help you along the way!


Through our online meditation classes - held daily via Zoom - you can experience guided meditation classes with a variety of teachers. Whenever you join a class at WITHIN, you’ll have the opportunity to ask the teacher any questions you have, and hear what other students are wondering about. You’ll receive support, and give it, too.

That’s why joining three classes each week is a key part of the Healthy Habits Challenge. From wherever you are, you can experience the sense of steadiness and the energy of connection that comes from meditating with a group, led by an experienced teacher, on a regular basis.

Here's how the Online Classes work:

  • You decide which class you want to start with, from the schedule here.

  • You select the pricing option “Healthy Habits Challenge,” and register for your first class. That will be the first of 12 classes you’ll take over the next 4 weeks.

  • We send you a link to join each class you sign up for about 30 minutes before class begins.
