28-Day Meditation Challenge FAQs

When does the challenge start? Can I begin whenever I want?

When you sign up, your challenge begins right away! We’ll send you an email with all the details about how the challenge works within 12 hours.

Can I start and stop during the challenge?

It takes 28 days (in a row!) to start a habit. If we let you start and stop during the four weeks, it would defeat the whole purpose of doing the challenge! Once you set your goals, the challenge begins, and you're on that train for the next 28 days.

How will I access the live online meditation classes?

We hold all of our classes via Zoom. You’ll register for each class you want to attend, and we’ll send you the link to join about 30 minutes before each class begins.

How many online meditation classes can I join?

As many as you like! We typically hold 2-5 classes each day, and you can come to all of them.

How will I access the recorded online meditation classes?

We’ll email you each morning with the links to watch the recordings of all of the classes we held the previous day.

How will I access the “office hours” with WITHIN Cofounder Hannah Knapp?

Hannah is available to answer your questions online via Zoom twice a week - on Tuesdays at 9:30am PT / 12:30pm ET, and on Thursdays at 12:30pm PT / 3:30pm ET. You’ll register to join her for “office hours” the same way you register for all of our online classes. Once you register, we’ll send you the link to join her.

I tend to jump into things, and then not finish them. How can I be sure I'll make it through the four weeks?

The best part about doing this challenge is the accountability and inspiration we give you to keep you on-track. When you set your goals for the challenge, we'll hold you accountable to sticking with it. We'll give you virtual check-ins via email, send you daily inspiration in your inbox, and be available to help you live through Hannah’s “office hours”.

What happens if I sign up, and then realize it's not right for me? Do you give refunds?
We want you to feel totally comfortable dipping your toes into the meditation waters with us. If you join the 28-Day Meditation Challenge, and decide any time between setting your goals, and completing your first week, that it's not for you, we'll give you a full refund of the $49 you invested in yourself.
