World Mental Health Day (October 10th) was established to help us bring awareness to mental health issues, and to destigmatize them. This year, WITHIN Meditation is proud to offer three ways you can observe World Mental Health Day by supporting your own mental health:
1) Join our 28-Day Online Meditation Challenge - for free.
If you’re curious about how practicing meditation and mindfulness can make a difference in how you feel every day, this challenge is for you. Not only will you get daily inspiration in your inbox, you’ll also have access to all of our live online meditation classes. Join as many classes as you like every week of the 4-week challenge, and watch your meditation practice become a cornerstone of your wellbeing. Learn more and register here (enter promo code WORLDMENTALHEALTH to join the challenge for free anytime in October!)
2) Come to your first live online class with us for free.
You’ll experience first hand how meditating live with a group and a teacher can inspire you to make it a regular part of supporting your mental health. On October 10th (World Mental Health Day), we have two classes:
Rafael Amar
Himalayan Breathwork with Rafael Amar at 8:30am PT / 11:30am ET
In this practice, we use breath and meditation to help process thoughts and emotions. This style of meditation can be energetic and engaging at times and calm and grounding at other moments, but the ultimate goal is mastery of the mind. Benefits of Kriya include anxiety relief, stress reduction and the breaking of negative thought patterns.

Devon Pipars
Meet Your True Self with Devon Pipars at 6pm PT / 9pm ET
If you're curious as to how and why meditation can be transformative, and how to carry that experience off of your cushion into your life, this class is for you.
In the style of her Guru, an Enlightened Master, in the first 45 minutes Devon is available for conversation around challenges in the practice, or on how to apply the yogic philosophy to daily life.
Time permitting, Devon will also offer a short reading which dives into what meditation really is (and isn't) and its relevance to awakening/enlightenment, and invites discussion from the group.
This first part of class will not be recorded so all participants feel safe to share observations or challenges, and to ask questions. Then, for the last 30mins which are recorded, Devon guides everyone into the space of meditation as it was revealed to her by her teacher, giving ample intervals of silence to practice presence.
Everyone should feel free to come and go as desired - there's no need to stay for the full 75 minutes - and all levels are welcome.

We offer live guided meditation sessions and wellness workshops to companies across the United States, in Europe and in Australia.
