Start the new year with the tools you need for a meditation practice that matters, with the help of one of the most beloved teachers at WITHIN. In The Complete Meditation Toolkit Course, Devon Pipars will take you step-by-step through seven tried-and-true meditation techniques, teaching you not only how, but why to practice them.

You’ll learn how to find release from stress and anxiety, and connect with the stillness you already have inside you. Devon's insights and guidance will help you create and sustain a healthy, meaningful meditation practice.

If you’ve dabbled in meditation before, this course is a great way to get in-depth exposure to specific meditation techniques. And if you already have an established meditation practice, but are wanting to go deeper, Devon is the one to guide you there.

After four years on her own journey of self-discovery with an Enlightened Master in India, she’s now passionate about helping people like you integrate awareness with living in the modern world. If you've tried meditation before and want to learn more techniques in-depth, with an experienced teacher to support you, this course is for you!

What to Expect

The Complete Meditation Toolkit Course is designed to inspire and deepen your meditation practice.

In each of six live online classes, five weekend meditation sessions, and a half-day online retreat, Devon will offer inspiration and practical advice on how to meditate. She’ll introduce new techniques each week to help you progressively build your practice:

  • Week 1: Breath & intentional breathing techniques. Learn to calm your entire nervous system by reconnecting to your natural, resting breathing.

  • Week 2: Mindfulness. Practice coming back to the present moment - without judgment - to release yourself from compulsive thinking.

  • Week 3: Mantra. Find focus by silently repeating simple words or phrases.

  • Week 4: Loving kindness. Develop compassion for yourself and others with this age-old practice, also known as metta.

  • Week 5: Open awareness + knower meditation. Practice being fully present with everything that is, in any given moment.

  • Week 6: Put it all together + bonus technique. Recap your toolkit, add one more technique to it, and reflect on what you've learned.

You'll set goals and hold yourself accountable to them.

During the first online class, you'll set specific goals for the course. Devon, and the other students in the course, will help you stick with it.

You'll establish a real meditation habit, and know how to keep it going.

At the end of the course, you'll know exactly what you need to do to keep up your new habit. Devon will help you make a plan for post-course success.

Your course enrollment includes:

  • A series of 6 online classes, Mondays at 5:45 PST / 8:45pm EST, January 15th-February 19th. These classes are designed to build on each other, deepening and strengthening your meditation practice over time. Each class includes: a brief check-in about how your practice is going; guided meditation; instruction and insight from Devon on that week's technique; and Q&A. The kickoff class will be 75 minutes; the rest of the classes will be 60 minutes.

  • Optional 30-minute group meditation sessions, Wednesdays at 5:45 PST / 8:45pm EST, January 17th-February 14th. These sessions will help you practice the techniques that Devon introduces on Mondays. You’ll also have a chance to ask any questions you have or share challenges you’re experiencing at the start of each session.

  • A half-day retreat, Saturday February 10th 10am-1pm PST / 1pm-4pm EST. You'll practice at home, with initial inspiration and guidance from Devon at the start of the retreat and at the close via Zoom.

  • A private one-on-one session with Devon. You’ll check in about how you’re doing with the course material and get personalized guidance to help you on your journey.

  • Recordings of all classes and practices sessions. If you can’t make it live or just want to review the material, you can watch the recordings whenever it works for you. You’ll have access to them through February 29th.

At the end of the course, you'll know exactly what you need to do to keep up your meditation practice, and have a deeper connection to the stillness within you.

Devon is an exceptional teacher with in-depth knowledge and training of meditation and the passion to share. I’m very thankful for my experiences learning with Devon as it’s made me more present, confident and ultimately happier.

Initially I turned to meditation to manage work stress and stay centered throughout my daily life — with Devon as a teacher, I’ve walked away with that and so much more.

Her teachings resonate on a soul-level, and provide practical guidance on how to turn those epiphanies into action to create lasting change in your life.

FAQs

How much does it cost?
For $299, you’ll be enrolled in all six online classes, plus the half-day retreat. You’ll also have access to weekly optional meditation practice sessions, a private one-on-one session with Devon, and recordings of all course sessions (available through February 29th). (Scholarships are available - please email us at sit@withinmeditation.com if cost is a barrier for you.)

How do the online classes work?
All course classes and the retreat are held via Zoom, so they’re super easy to join with your laptop, your tablet or your phone. You’ll receive a link to join once you complete your registration.

When will I come to a class?
The course is held at 5:45pm PST / 8:45pm EST on six Mondays, January 15th-February 19th, plus a half-day retreat on Saturday February 10th, 10am-1pm PST / 1-4pm EST. The first course meeting is 75 minutes; the following five sessions are 60 minutes. You are also welcome to join optional 30-minute meditation sessions at 5:45pm PST / 8:45pm EST on five Wednesdays, January 17th-February 14th.

How often will I need to come to class?
The classes in this course will build on each other, so when you sign up, you’re committing to coming to all six of them, plus the half-day retreat. The meditation practice sessions are optional.

What if I need to miss a class or practice session?
No worries! You’ll receive the recording of each class and each practice session so you can catch up whenever it works for you.

What happens in class?
Each class includes: a brief check-in about how your practice is going; guided meditation; instruction and insight from Devon on that week's technique; and Q&A.

Who teaches the classes?
Devon Pipars will teach the six classes in the course, and lead the half-day retreat. She will also guide the optional meditation practice sessions.

Do I need any special clothes or equipment?
None! One of our favorite things about meditation is that you don't need anything special to do it. You’ll need access to the internet, and a phone, laptop or tablet, to join the online classes.

I don’t have much experience with meditation. Is this course for me?
It depends on what you want. If you’ve tried meditation before, and want to learn more techniques in-depth, then this course is a great choice. On the other hand, if you’ve never tried meditation at all, it would probably be better to start with our 28-Day Meditation Challenge, as it’s more about making meditation and mindfulness a daily habit. Either way, having an experienced teacher’s guidance and support can make the difference between developing a solid meditation practice, and not getting started with one.

Can I start and stop during the course?
You’ll learn the most - and do the most to build your meditation practice - if you attend all six classes between January 15th and February 19th. However, if you need to miss one of the six classes or the half-day retreat, you’ll have access to recordings of all the course sessions to help you catch up on what you missed.

I tend to jump into things, and then not finish them. How can I be sure I'll make it through the course? The best part about doing this course is the accountability and inspiration we give you to keep you on-track. When you set your goals for the course, we'll hold you accountable to sticking with it. Devon will check in with you and the other students each class.

What happens if I sign up, and then realize it's not right for me? Do you give refunds?
We want you to feel totally comfortable dipping your toes into the meditation waters with us. If you join The Complete Meditation Toolkit Course, and decide any time during first week that it's not for you, we'll give you a full refund. You must request the refund by 11:59pm PT on January 21st for us to honor it. If you register with the Early Bird Special, upon issuing your refund we will discontinue your access to the live online meditation classes held at WITHIN.

I have other questions!
Great! Just email us at sit@withinmeditation.com and we'll answer right away.
