Rediscover Your True Self: Weekend Retreat in the Boston Area

  • MIT Endicott House Dedham, MA United States (map)

Step away from your day-to-day life and immerse yourself in a weekend of meditation and healing.

Over the course of this weekend retreat, you'll be introduced to ancient techniques through an approach steeped in modern day science. You'll be reminded that your true self is independent of suffering, and knowing this is your ticket to freedom.

The insights you gain will go far beyond the time we all spend together! You'll be able to take what you learn in the program and practice it in your daily life to further uncover the many layers covering your true self.

The retreat program includes:

  • Daily meditation sessions

  • Daily talks that make the topic of knowing the self accessible, enjoyable and inspiring

  • Practical techniques you can take with you into your daily life

  • Several somatic tools and interventions, including EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing)

  • An immersive sound bath with chimes & crystal bowls

  • Time for Q and A

Held just 30 minutes southwest of Boston at the beautiful MIT Endicott House, the retreat begins on Friday evening and ends on Sunday afternoon. You’re welcome to stay overnight on Friday and Saturday, or go home after dinner, whichever works best for your family obligations and your budget.

Either way, this retreat will enable you to rediscover your true self, the vibrant, authentic, and limitless self - the abundant source of strength, clarity, creativity, peace, and bliss inside of you. It will be an exploration of remembering who you are, the solution to all suffering.

The retreat will be led by WITHIN teacher Sonal Kalra, who has designed the entire experience. Long-time WITHIN student Danielle Goldberg will be supporting you and Sonal, so that the entire group can be immersed in the experience.

If you are looking to live a happier, empowered, and fulfilling life, this retreat is for you.

Registration Opens April 30th!

Danielle first stepped foot into WITHIN meditation’s studio in SF back in 2018. She’s deeply grateful for all the joy, ease and love this practice and community has provided her the past 5 years. When she’s not attending a WITHIN class, she is studying for her masters in social work, or running/biking through Central Park. She is very excited to assist this retreat with Sonal in beautiful New England.
