Awarness to Action Training
The Awareness to Action Method combines science-based elements of mindfulness and self-hypnosis and is designed to help high-performing individuals access more focus, insight, and ease.
In this training, your team will learn how to use the Awareness to Action method to:
Interrupt cycles of stress & anxiety
Soothe the nervous system and increase conscious awareness to allow responding vs. reacting
Use simple self-hypnosis to access deeper creativity, intuition and wisdom
Use this increased awareness to take meaningful action both personally & professionally
Developed by an expert meditation teacher and a certified Hypnotherapist, this 60-minute workshop will unpack the science behind mindfulness, meditation, and hypnotherapy first, and then introduce the method step by step. Teams will practice these skills in pairs in breakout rooms, engage in group discussion, and have a chance to ask questions at the end. We’ll end by sharing actionable ways to use this method to enhance the quality of everyday life.
Reduce Stress Through Presence
If you're alive today, you're probably stressed out. Between the demands placed on us by our work, navigating our relationships, digesting the daily news and just making sure the laundry gets done, stress is so widespread that we think we have no choice but to live with it.
The good news is that isn't the only choice we have. There are simple, effective habits you can put into practice today that will help you:
decrease the amount of stress you experience on a daily basis
deescalate the feeling of stress when you sense it coming on
develop your awareness of what triggers stress and stop it before it starts
In this workshop, long-time meditation teacher Devon Pipars will share how you can release yourself from stress in ways that are healthy, sustaining, and practical. She'll offer "anchors" - methods you can use to keep yourself from spinning out into overwhelm - that you can apply to stressful situations. Through guided meditation, you'll experience each anchor in turn and see for yourself which of them are most helpful for you. You'll walk away with a clear sense of the habits you can build to manage stress and live your life with more ease.

In this workshop, you’ll be invited to clear out what you no longer need, refresh your mindset, and revitalize your whole self for this new season.
This interactive workshop includes specific practices that will help you move, reflect, and create a plan for your fresh start:
Move your body: we’ll guide you through gentle stretching and mindful movement to release built-up tension
Level up your mindset: we’ll teach you the tools to infuse your your self-talk, habits, and environment with new energy and love
Expand your mind: we’ll share a transformative compassion practice, and how it can benefit you and everyone in your life
Open your heart: we’ll guide you through the ancient practice of Metta (loving kindness meditation) as one way to develop your capacity for compassion
Connect with your team: we’ll create space for you and your co-workers to meaningfully connect about when you’re welcoming into your new season
This workshop is facilitated in a lively, engaging manner, with warm back-and-forth between the two hosts, Kelsey Lettko and Devon Pipars. Writing and reflection prompts are incorporated throughout in order to keep participants engaged in the process of self-enquiry. A worksheet including all of the tips and prompts offered in the workshop will be provided, so that participants can further explore the concepts and tools introduced in the workshop.

Our time and our energy are our most valuable resources. The choices we make about how to spend our time and energy ultimately decide how we spend our life! Now is an impactful time to do an audit. Together we’ll answer questions like:
Where is my time going?
Where is energy leaking that is no longer serving me?
Where can I be more intentional?
How can I ensure my time and energy are going towards the things that matter most?
We'll check in with how we are spending our time, connect to our ideal vision of what we want life to look and feel like in this season, and redistribute our time and energy so that we can focus on what matters most.
Through mindfulness, reflection, and goal-envisioning, participants will learn how to draw healthy boundaries with their minds, work, and relationships in order to prioritize what they know they need to thrive.
Unwind and Destress: A Deep Relaxation Experience
Your nervous system needs a break! In this wellness event, you’ll be guided out of the sympathetic dominant state (fight-flight) and back into a natural state of rest & recovery.
A few benefits of spending more time in this parasympathetic state are:
boosts the immune system
helps manage acute & chronic pain
improves quality of sleep
allows you to open up to receive creativity & inspiration
Participants will only need themselves and a couple of pillows as they are guided through gentle restorative yoga and into the bliss of meditation. This will be the perfect way to unwind amidst the chaos of the daily life.
This event can be 60 minutes or 90 minutes. In the 90 minute session, after the restorative yoga and guided meditation, the facilitators will offer ways to incorporate more conscious grounding and techniques to decompress in the midst of daily life so that this recentering experience can be accessible to you whenever you need it.
Workshop Length & Delivery
All of our workshops can be held as a packed 60-minute event, or expanded to 75 or 90 minutes for a more in-depth experience.
The facilitators are happy to use your preferred video-conferencing software: Zoom; Hangouts; WebEx; Microsoft Teams; etc. They can also deliver the workshops in-person in the San Francisco Bay Area.

After the workshop, the facilitators will share follow-on materials to help everyone integrate what they’ve learned and empower them with practical next steps.
You can also choose to offer mini-workshops or guided meditation sessions in the weeks following the workshop to help employees take their learnings even further.

Devon Pipars is a teacher and blogger for withinmeditation.com, who also works with companies via wellness workshops, meditation sessions, and mindful communication coaching. She is a featured voice for Hyperice’s meditation training device Core, as well as a senior instructor on the Core app (hellocore.com).
Meditation is Devon’s passion and purpose. A meditator since 2002, the practice has been deeply transformative for her. After devoting four years to the study and practice of meditation under the guidance of a master teacher in the Indian Himalayas, Devon’s sessions incorporate multiple traditions and techniques including mindfulness, breath work, mantra, gratitude practice & loving kindness.
