What is the cost to your health when you hold onto resentment or anger—and how much more energy, clarity, and peace might you gain if you let it go?
This 8-week series is designed to guide you into a deeper relationship with forgiveness through experiential practice, reflection, and community dialogue. Forgiveness is not about condoning harm or bypassing difficult emotions—it is a courageous practice of releasing what no longer serves us and cultivating freedom of heart.
Each session focuses on one of four core emotions that arises as the normal process of forgiveness—fear, anger, sadness, and/or numbness—paired with a heart practice that transforms these states into resilience and compassion. Gratitude and compassion are intentionally integrated throughout the series, as research has shown they are essential supports to the forgiveness process.
